Garage Apartment - Free Rent/Excellent Location for Supplemental Childcare (Approx.15-20 hrs/week)

We have a garage apartment in Boulevard Oaks/Museum District that would be ideal for a college or graduate student looking for free rent in exchange for supplemental childcare help.

We have a 4 yr old daughter, 2 yr old son and newborn daughter. While we have a full time nanny during regular work hours (8am-5pm), my husband travels every other week for work and I also travel periodically for work, in which case we need help in the mornings - 6:30am-8:30am - and evenings - 6pm-8pm. We may also look for occasional extra hours on the weekends or evenings.

Our kids are full of energy but also used to an established morning and bedtime routine, love playing outdoors - scooters, bikes, soccer, swimming, the park, etc - and our older daughter now enjoys lots of arts/crafts! The older two kids go to school in the morning and do a couple of scheduled activities in the afternoon like swimming and gymnastics.

Prior childcare experience and references required, plus background check. Responsibilities would include assisting with morning/evening routine, meal and/or snack prep for the kids, tidying up kitchen or toy area, etc

The garage apartment is a freestanding building and accessed through a secure driveway gate. The space has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has it's own washer/dryer beneath the apartment in the garage. Free street parking is available.
